"When I bought my first truck, I insured it with my family’s agent, Katherine at State Farm. She gave me an affordable rate. A few years later, I upgraded and bought a new truck. Katherine was able to give me comprehensive coverage for the newer truck at the same monthly premium. That was a pleasant surprise! She knows her stuff and she’s very helpful, really nice too. "I have been dealing with this State Farm office for my auto insurance and then homeowners insurance for many years. Around ten years ago, by chance I happened to speak with one of the agents named Katherine. She helped me with an issue I was having switching cars. She was so helpful and nice that from that point on, I asked for her any time I called the office. Katherine has been extremely helpful every time I had an issue for years. She also recently helped me reduce my premiums by suggesting I take a safe-driver course in my computer. She made it easy by sharing a link about the course with me. When I got a new car, but held on to my old one for a while, she wrote me a reasonably priced policy, and when I finally got rid of the second car, all it took was a phone call to her to cancel that policy quickly to save me money. For over ten years, she’s been like my personal insurance agent and I’m grateful to her as I continue to benefit from her knowledge and warm personality. I trust her I strongly recommend this State Farm office. Just call and ask for Katherine, and you’ll be in great hands!"

"I bought my first car a couple of years ago. It’s a special car and means a lot to me. My father recommended this State Farm office, and Katherine in particular, to write up my policy. She was extremely helpful, providing me a policy with a reasonable monthly premium. I’ve had a handful of dealings with her since and she switched me to a full coverage policy without it costing me much more per month. Thanks to Katherine’s resourcefulness, I feel very pleased and comfortable with my coverage. My dad was right, she’s as terrific as he described her!"

"My State Farm multiline insurance policies switched between agents from Chris Tighe to Mike Tighe earlier in the year. I just had an issue with my mortgage servicer sending me a notice claiming to not having received the renewal policy for the upcoming year, 2026. This made me nervous and I called someone in Mike's office and followed up with an email, cc-ing Mike as well. Mike immediately took care of this himself -- he uploaded the renewal documents at the specific site of the mortgager servicer and then emailed me back with the confirmation he received. Seeing the way it was taken care of the same day with Mike himself engaging into it and having full oversight has given me a lot of confidence that he and his office will be there to help me with any issue in the future. Thank you Mike!"
